English Epic is truly EPIC in terms of animation, there is no doubt about that, but the flashy visuals are marred by a fairly pedestrian story stuffed with all sorts of boilerplate motifs, which is a real shame in the end. The child-parent relationship, the intimate twist, the revenge, the "uncontrollable" hero and so on. Of the characters, I was most entertained by the slug and snail duo, who were really funny. And in terms of animation, I was particularly taken by the opening scene with the election of the new queen and the " batcloud vs. the Leafs" (those who have seen it will understand). In short, one of those films where form strongly prevails over content ()

English A very good quality cartoon, Most of the time it feels fresh, funny and adventurous and the action is just right. Unlike others you don't feel that it imposes anything on you, not a single character is annoying... But most importantly: It takes place in an absolutely perfect world. This beautifully executed forest full of the most diverse life is a feast for the eyes! The environment is wonderfully elaborate, breathing a very magical atmosphere, a joy to behold. In addition, it has excellent (the original, I haven't heard the Czech version) dubbing, Elfman's superb music and some great moments - like the divine joke with the Drosophila. I will watch this again. ()

English I'm sorry, but I won't be cooking something that looks like a variation of "Arthur and the Invisibles" right now. It's just nothing else. A girl who has a bad relationship with her dad transforms into a little one to improve their relationship, probably because he doesn't see her. Meanwhile, she joins the side of the little knights because these guys wouldn't be able to fight against Maltazard on their own. Although Maltazard is called something else here, the outcome is completely the same. It's appealing to children if they don't mind the feeling that they've already seen this. And does it have great animation? Well, "Pacific Rim" does too, and yet it's terrible nonsense. ()
