Journalist Germán Acosta is writing a book about a brutal, unresolved crime. It involves Diana Inés, a young girl who was murdered in July 1968. The journalist also becomes interested in the case of Roberto Rentería, a former student at the CUEC-UNAM film school, who died under strange circumstances that same year. He made a dark documentary that dealt precisely with the same case that Acosta is investigating. (Morelia International Film Festival)
