Anarchy in Zirmunai

A young provincial girl named Vile moves to the city with great expectations of a higher education. When she rents an apartment, she notices a hand-made sticker with anarchy symbols on it. Then she meets a boyish looking girl named Sandra who turns out to be her landlord - and who always wears t-shirts with anarchy symbols. The two girls get along so well that Vile decides that she's found the perfect guide in the strong and optimistic Sandra. Under Sandra's anarchist philosophy and way of life, Vile gets rid of her provincial shyness and fears until she happens to meet a member of the city's punk community who changes her mind and makes her realize that Sandra's anarchy has nothing to do with alternative underground culture or politics… (Zlín Film Festival)
