English Arnold's tactics are downright evil. An entertaining look at the world of bodybuilding that goes by nicely and you kind of understand why. ()

English Arnold is simply one of a kind, just like this documentary. I'm not a bodybuilding fan by any means, but I found this intriguing and appealing. 95% ()

English Another excellent documentary I've seen recently. It's not as powerful as, say, a documentary about Kurt Cobain, or rather not as innovative in terms of form, but it's still an excellent look behind the scenes of the Mr. Olympia competition, which Arnold Schwarzenegger again took part in 1975. But it's not just about him, which is what I like about the documentary. Lou Ferrigno and Franco Columbu also get plenty of space. ()
