Fighterplane Pilots

In this series we get to know the fighter pilots at Ørland Main Air Station, where every day is filled with action. We follow three experienced F-16 pilots – on the ground and in the air while they prepare, train and go on missions. We also get to know two pilots under training, who are both fighting to fulfill their dream; flying a F-16 on their own. A lot of people want to become fighter pilots, but only a few get to live the dream. The two aspiring pilots teach us what it takes to become one of the lucky few pilots who get to protect the Norwegian airspace. Never before has a TV team been allowed to get this close to the fighter pilots in the Norwegian army and throughout the series we get to witness some of their biggest, proudest and scariest moments.
