When a group of Americans touring Australia get befriended by a couple of outback experts, they are told the urban legend of Lemon Tree Passage. As the tale goes, if a car carrying a group of teenagers reaches a certain speed while travelling along the Passage, the passengers will witness the appearance of the ghost of a motorcyclist who previously died there. As the locals put on a show for their guests, nothing could have prepared them for the horrors that they uncover. (Metrodome Distribution)

After a while, Lemon Tree Passage stops making narrative sense and becomes boring. It's just another film trying to create a scary atmosphere, mainly through quick cuts and characters' wailing. It's not at all what it should be, and you'll be bored most of the time. There aren't any real horror moments here; everything is somewhat dull and ultimately about nothing. You'll quickly forget the legend, just as you'll forget you saw this film.
