Sisters

A very enjoyable comedy about two mature sisters who throw a party like they did when they were young and invite all their former school friends. The party lasts almost an hour and it's the biggest party since Project X, no drugs or alcohol are wasted here, too bad the sex wasn't so sweet. The biggest surprise is John Cena in the form of a drug dealer who had in his briefcase just about every substance ever made by any chemist. I laughed and had a great time. 75% (10/03/2017)

Of all the movies about a bunch of losers destroying their parents' entire house in one night, this is one of the better ones. What's funnier and more desperate at the same time is that this disaster isn't caused by teenagers, but by two grown women with a group of kinky friends. Half of the jokes cracked in the film are either disgusting, crude, or just plain lame. It's just that once the party got going, I stopped caring and just shook my head in disbelief at what else these girls could come up with. One viewing was enough, but it wasn't too much of a disaster. (20/06/2016)

I like Tina Fey and her humor suits me. I knew that with Amy Poehler's involvement, the film would be enjoyable for me. I was pretty much right. It's sometimes very over-the-top, sometimes quite crazy, but somehow I enjoyed it the whole time, even in those more dramatic moments. The collaboration between the two actresses in the lead role works brilliantly. Plus there are some great supporting roles. (14/03/2016)
