The stakes are raised for survivalist Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) in his most dangerous monster hunt yet. Tremors 5: Bloodlines is a film primarily for fans who will appreciate that their favorite hero has returned. But it's no longer a film for those who want to be entertained. You'll be a bit bored, even though you may not have much knowledge of the series. It slightly improves due to the relationship with the main characters, but otherwise, it's not particularly significant. However, it failed to capitalize on the humorous potential of the series and it just treads water.
