English Moana is a refreshing film that takes you to warm landscapes brimming with colour, diverse characters and a sweet story about the search for truth and self during the winter months. Once again, Disney has not disappointed and offers a quality film that is funny, serious, dynamic and full of unforgettable songs that you are happy to play after the screening. Plus point for the unexpected ending. ()

English I have watched Walt Disney’s Pacific Moana right after Pixar’s Coco. I don’t want to create an impression that Moana was way worse by this review, but Coco’s story, surroundings and songs were simply closer to my heart. In my opinion it’s not exactly that kind of the fairytale which an adult could watch without falling into an intellectual coma. However, the best part of the story was the character of that idiotic little cock. ()

English A perfect anime load that will captivate anyone regardless of age. At first I was slightly bothered by the frequent songs, I don't really like musicals, but the songs sung by Moana had the power of Adele and were emotionally gripping. I've even been listening to Dwayne Johnson's song since opening night, who knew the guy could sing too. The animation is amazing, slightly unusual but perfectly detailed and impressive. The characters are also very good. Moana is a cool babe with big eyes and Maui is a proper stubborn demi-god, and their relationship was very entertaining since there was no love or romance involved at all. The chicken is the fun part, it will simply entertain everyone. As far as the action and the creatures are concerned, there is nothing to complain about, there’s the right music and there is no shortage of goosebumps. The fire demon, the coconut pirates or the giant crab all have a lot of pizzazz. The surprise of the year. 95%. ()

English On the one hand, the second half is excellent, delivering exactly what I expected from the beginning, under a rush of witty catchphrases and visual ideas about an appealing exotic mythology. On the other hand, however, there’s the insanely boring first half that piles one cliché on top of another, unnecessary overwhelms with annoying songs and an unsurprisingly formulaic plot. I had fun and I felt good with the characters (the heroine is clearly number one in the list of the most beautiful animated characters), but considering story-driven gems like Inside Out or Zootropolis, this is weak, although visually really very intoxicating and original. The chicken is awesome... 70% ()

English The 55th feature-length Disney Polynesian Odyssey with a female protagonist? This is obviously a very good idea for a Disney movie. I didn't really believe it at first, but those classic attributes need to be updated all the time and if this trend has been going on since Ariel, there's no reason Moana/Vaiana shouldn't work. She too is a teenager without fear or reproach, she too has a pair of favorite animal friends, and she too is braver than many of the adults around her. She is agile, has a pure heart, and the most beautiful eyes. And, of course, she loves her grandmother. This makes her a good role model for little kids. As a result, it's another film that has a chance to be domesticated. ()
