Experiment of the Cross

Documentary on boys in a Kazakh juvenile detention facility. The film looks at their daily lives and the strategies they devise to survive in such a harsh environment. The "cross" from the film- title is a barb of razor wire which one of the boys swallows, knowing that it will stick in his throat, in the desperate hope that it will get him transferred out of the camp.
