Plots(1)

In 1971, farmers and students revolt against an airport company, and the riot police fly at them. At first, the insurgents are confident that they will win the battle. Their fortress is strong, women chain themselves to trees, barricades are raised, and men dig tunnels to prepare for the confrontations. During the increasingly grim clash with the police, heavy rain showers and storms break loose. Stones, bamboo sticks and Molotov cocktails are the demonstrators’ answer to the police bulldozers and water cannons. Gradually, the police manage to penetrate the fortress, not stopping at sawing down trees with people chained to them. One month after the start of the uprising, defeat is imminent.
