The ending is somewhat overly complicated, and as if the creators were trying to complicate everything at the last minute, unnecessarily dragging it out. Still, I feel like this is truly one of the first examples of slashers. It's not like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and it has its own style and poetry, which is sometimes truly crazy. I liked this. Even back then, the creators tried to go a little further toward the extremes. It's not that extreme, but sometimes you have to proceed with smaller steps so the audience doesn't go crazy. ()
