Ooya-san wa Shishunki! follows the antics of Chie Satonaka, a middle schooler who is a landlord. Though she appears a little girl, at times, she behaves more like a grandmother, doing all the cleaning, cooking and housework around the apartment. Despite her responsibilities, she still enjoys a normal middle school life with her friends. (Crunchyroll)

The world of anime is probably the only place where your landlady can be a cute little girl and throw in a cute neighbor - I would move right in. Anyway, the attractive little Lolita is very cute, so I enjoyed it, and it irritated me that it did not have a normal running time. I did not have anything cute to watch this season, and three minutes a week just was not enough. The main female protagonist makes it slightly better than average, and I would happily watch more, maybe even longer episodes. 6/10. ()
