BETWEEN tells the story of a thirteen year old boy, Marco, who is trying to come to terms with the divorce of his parents. Neither his mother nor father is capable of talking to him about this incisive moment that affects all of their lives. As his father turns his attention even more towards his work as a surgeon, his mother shuts herself up in the house, rarely stepping outside. When Luna, a girl from school, shows interest in the quiet boy, he is faced with the potential to experience a new form of affection and love.
