Food CIA

This new eight part series will explore the provenance and science of food, employing simple, no nonsense, unbiased questions to procure answers to the trade secrets of the top food companies. Across the series, the presenters will travel the world to find answers to a range of popular queries about modern food production, such as "what's the difference between rock salt, sea salt and table salt?", beginning at the Food CIA HQ before setting off around the world in search of answers.
