Kingdom

The first season of Kingdom starts out as a classic zombie survival show in a historical setting. Eventually, this is mainly a period drama with plenty of intrigues. The zombie genre is adapted to it, meaning that the undead is used to put certain people in certain situations in which others want to have them. This is an original and clever period drama crossed with a zombie horror television series. (30/03/2020)

The television series Kingdom remains a good show to watch in its second season. It is a television series for horror enthusiasts who love zombies, although it is also a show for lovers of good historical period dramas. Kingdom is an extremely well-made mash-up of genres and will hopefully have more follow-ups. There is something for everyone, and together it works. (21/04/2020)
