Pizarro

This is a story about the burden of family heritage. After 10 years in exile María Jose Pizarro decides to seek her true identity confront her personal history and rebuild her father. Carlos Pizarro was an iconic figure in Colombia; he was the first guerrilla commander in Latin American history to sign peace agreement with the Colombian. After 45 days of peace, he was mysteriously murdered. Through her personal journey she tries to understand the events that led to his death. (Guadalajara International Film Festival)
