Tomas Milian and Joseph Cotten star in this Italian action thriller directed by Umberto Lenzi. After his friend is killed, ex-cop Rambo (Milian) returns to Milan seeking revenge. He starts off by playing two rival crime families against each other to ensure the release of a kidnapped boy who his friend was investigating.
