The first satellite launch in 1958 started off the millions of larger and smaller artefacts now orbiting Earth - a floating museum of space exploration above our heads. The space industry is clearly not interested in incorporating waste removal into its launch designs. It prefers to ignore the risks of all this space debris. (International Film Festival Rotterdam)
