Believed to be cured, Cruella de Vil is released from prison and sets out to make a new start in life. Things are going well for Cruella who is busy helping homeless dogs off the street. After some time, I realized that the first live-action film with Dalmatians is bad, but when I watched the second one, the first one seemed okay. The second film is truly dreadful, and the first half-hour is basically just stretching out nothing, where it's clear where it's heading. And then... well, and then nothing comes that should surprise you.
