Winter's Night

A middle-aged couple, Eun-ju and Heung-ju, visit Chuncheon’s Cheongpyeong Temple, 30 years after their first night together. On their way back from the Temple, Eun-ju realizes that she’s lost her phone. Heung-ju wants to fetch it the next day, but Eunju ends up leaving in the middle of the night she has gone by herself. The couple spends a sleepless winter night roaming the Temple, meeting different people along the way; an ex-lover, a friend, and a young couple very similar to Eun-ju and Heung-ju 30 years ago. These unexpected encounters start them thinking about their relationship, and they share their epiphanies once they are reunited. (Mar del Plata International Film Festival)
