Gone With the Sea

Maya is the voice of those who cry from violence, the voice of children who have lost their parents, their homes and their country. This is a short film written in memory of Mónica Spear, a young and renowned actress, and her husband, both murdered in Venezuela leaving orphan their five-year-old daughter. A short film that raises its voice for the victims of violence in Latin America, the United States and around the world. (Chicago Latino Film Festival)
