Love, Scott presents a raw honesty and vulnerability as it follows, Scott Jones, a gay musician struggling with the dual challenges of acceptance and forgiveness in the wake of a hate crime that left him paralyzed. Covering three years of Jones' life, as he picks up the pieces of a life shattered by decisions on a fateful evening, Scott is constantly faced with the choice of losing himself in waves of grief or embracing love over fear. Though this time music proves to be both a source of inspiration and a mode of transformation and activism for a community. Love, Scott is an intimate and visually evocative window into queer experience with a score punctuated by Sigur Ros and a visual landscape swathed by majestic views of the Canadian outdoors, Love, Scott will resonates long after the last note.
