English Educational courses in an attractive package, or how history haters can be made to learn about various events in human history without running away from it. Good idea and it’s really nice to watch. ()

English Truly extreme fluctuation. Some episodes are excellent, others are so boring you chew off your own fingers. But the production design and all the technical aspects are very impressive considering it’s made for TV. Shame about the moralizing lessons that crop up here and there. As an adventure ride for younger viewers with only a piecemeal awareness of history, this is fine. It’s easy to relax to. But you have to forget that it is meant to have anything to do with the grown-up Indy. And if you do, then you can go ahead and enjoy it as undemanding entertainment. ()

English It's a pity that the selective release of episodes 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, and 22 on VHS caused such confusion in the numbering... Fortunately today, though, 1999 is surpassed and along with the three DVD sets from 2008, we’ve got Indy in the best quality. There will probably never be a return to the old Indy narrative, but what do I know? ;) ()
