Lt. Colonel Bill Kelly takes over the Sea Dragons, a 4 person unit consisting of a fighter pilot, a helo (helicopter) pilot, an electronics specialist and an explosives expert. And he tries to reconnect with his estranged teen age daughter. In season two the show was revamped and only Kelly's character remained. He took over a unit training fighter pilots and the show used elements the movies Top Gun and An Officer and A Gentleman. His daughter had gone off to college and three student pilots, his XO and a widowed barkeep, were added as new regulars. (official distributor synopsis)
