Chloe becomes entangled in an underground gambling ring at school run by foreign exchange student Mikail Mxyzptlk (Trent Ford - "The West Wing") who uses his powers to control all of the football players--including Clark--during a game. When Chloe discovers Mxyzptlk's secret, he kidnaps her and threatens to kill her unless Clark purposely makes his team lose the championship game.
