Isi & Ossi

The beginning was a bit like a start of an old shitty German comedy, but after a while it turned into a mixture of incorrect humor and entertaining anti-romantic comedy... and it started to make some sense. In the end, I have to say that I quite enjoyed it. The incorrect humor gave it a pretty fresh touch, especially given that it came from Germany; although it doesn’t seem like it, not every German comedy is able to make fun of itself like Ossi’s grandfather – Ernst Stötzner, who provided a great performance in the role of a newly released convict and did the film a great service.
