A reconstruction of the Kielce pogrom of 1946, which claimed the lives of 42 Holocaust survivors quartered in a home for displaced persons, and left a further 40 seriously injured. Shot illegally on Super 8, this underground film broke one of the best-observed taboos of the Polish People’s Republic. (goEast - Festival des mittel- und osteuropäischen Films)
