Milan Růžička uses uncompromising humor and simplified caricatures to develop a tale common in the Czech Republic in the beginning of nineties. A Czech-American returns to the country of his birth after November 1989 to see to the restitution of family property. He runs INTO freeloaders, con artists, and other similar elements. It's almost been 20 years and it's great how these restitution comedies are maturing with each decade. It was a mistake to condemn these projects of the 1990s the first time and continue to work only with the bitter comments. This film is not as good as some others, but from the era of the burgundy jacket, it has a lot going for it. These archetypes have always been inherent in Czech cinema. ()
