Luciano, the petty clown of the meagre travelling circus sets on daydreaming while watching the billiard players and the attractive waitress in the Bondoros pub. He predicts, who wins and how much. His mystique numerical function works all right with all the gambles, provided the gamma factor is present: the waitress in his bed. His ability will be utilised by the fiancé of Margit, Szánthódi and the mysterious Comrade Zima generously, from a patriotic point of view. Capitalism need to be deprived for the sake of the homeland. In four they tour the world: they would ruin the Monte Carlo Casino, milk the English bookmakers and make Bondoros a city. But work is strictly forbidden and punished, and when Lucianó is playing his "world hit" on violin, they throw him down from the storey - so he comes around in the same pub again.
