The pseudo crime story honours the bohemian world at the beginning of the century. In order to save the dying private daily journal "Krajcáros Igazság" the owner Uncle Általános and Jaguár, the mysterious journalist establish a Burglars' and Veterans' Union under the title "There is still humour left in this world". The members commit some false burglaries at some businessmen who have not supported the paper generously. Invaluable objects of the millionaire collector will be "robbed" into his own cellar, bills of exchange drawn for usurer's interest are removed from the safe of the usurer. They are discovered soon, but by that time people have fought battles to get hold of a copy of the papers. (official distributor synopsis)
