Hong Kong, 1962. After creating the UFO Production Company and piling up all sorts of different awards with He's a Woman She's a Man (1994) and Comrades: Almost a Love Story (1997), he directed Love Letter (1999) for Dreamworks. In 2006 he presented Perhaps Love in Sitges and then repeated again two years later with The Warlords.
