Min Tanaka is a Japanese actor and dancer. He was trained in ballet and modern dance, and was active as a solo dancer from 1966. In the 70s, he developed "hyper-dance", emphasizing psycho-physical unity of the body, and forged a major cultural impact on the art and culture community in Japan and abroad through collaboration with intellectuals, scientists and and practicing artists of his time.
