Biography
From Mexico City, she studied at the CCC and her first feature documentary, Intimacies of Shakespeare and Victor Hugo (2008), received awards at BAFICI, IDFA, Habana and San Sebastian, and many others. In 2011, she directed her first fiction film, Artificial Paradises, which premiered in Rotterdam and won in Tribeca and SANFIC. After Fogo (2012), she codirected the feature Epitaph with Ruben Imaz.
