Biography
MARK LEWIS was born in Hamilton, Ontario, and attended the Harrow College of Art and the Polytechnic of Central London. His film and photography exhibitions include shows at the Power Plant, the Vancouver Art Gallery, and the Art Gallery of Ontario, and his work can be found in the collections of the National Gallery of Canada, MoMA, and the Centre Pompidou.
