Director, screenwriter and engineer. He has worked as producer for the public broadcasting network of Catalonia and directed short films like Final (2003), the winner of the Best Short Film award at the San Sebastián Film Festival; Cat Killer (2009), which premiered at Seminci’s sidebar A Night of Spanish Short Films; La historia de siempre (2010), which screened at Valladolid’s Official Section before winning more than 135 national and international awards; and El corredor (2015), the winner of the Goya, Gaudí and Forqué awards for Best Short Film of the year, and Valladolid’s candidate for the European Film Awards (EFA). In 2020 he premiered at the Sitges International Film Festival his first film as a feature director, Prey, which received awards at several specialised festivals.
