Tseng Chang

Chang Tseng, a renowned Hong Kong film director as well as an actor, has been in the film industry for 40 years. When he "retired" to Vancouver to be near his family a number of years ago, a chance meeting with a casting agent was the beginning of a new career as an actor in North America.
