Born in San Antonio, Texas, Steve Howey spent his early childhood growing up on sailboats with his parents. After his second year in college Steve began to take an interest in acting and enrolled in his father's (acting coach, Bill Howey) class. On television, Steve can be seen in the new hit Showtime comedy/drama series Shameless. Also featuring William H.
