Biography (1)
An American screenwriter and director, she graduated from the University of California Irvine with an English degree. She got her start writing comedy sketches and poetry slams. After an internship in the film division of Immortal Entertainment she decided to pursue screenwriting. She made her directorial debut with the feature comedy The Edge of Seventeen (2016).
