Yunbo Li graduated from the Communication University of China. He lives in Guangzhou, where he works as a film critic under the pseudonym of "Yunzhong", which means "In the Clouds". He is also the co-founder of several film websites, such as Moviegoer and Cinepedia. His film reviews have been published in media including Douban, Cinephilia, NetEase and Southern Metropolis Daily. In addition, he is the creator and presenter of an online talkshow called Let's be Crazy about Films Together. Hu Xi Zheng Chang is his directorial debut.
