Biography
Erica Fae studied at the NYU Tisch School of the Arts. After her graduation she did not only start acting in movies and at the theater but also started directing. In her short film "Christine 1403" (2007) she proved both her skills as a filmmaker and as an actress. Her play "Take What Is Yours" was staged Off-Broadway in New York. In 2012, Fae, together with Jill A. Samuels, founded the theater company Anecdota. Besides her career as a director and actress she teaches acting inter alia at the Yale School of Drama, the New School of Drama and the Tisch School of the Arts. "To Keep the Light" (2015) is her first feature film.
