Biography

Director and executive producer. She is the co-director of Jesus Camp (Academy Award nominee), The Boys of Baraka (Thinkfilm), 12th & Delaware (Sundance 2010, HBO), Detropia (Sundance 2012, PBS), Norman Lear: Just Another Version of You (Sundance 2016, American Masters), One of Us (TIFF 2017, Netflix), and the Showtime docuseries Love Fraud (2020). Her first narrative feature, I Carry You With Me, won both the Jury and Audience awards at Sundance 2020 and was released to critical acclaim by Sony Pictures Classics. Endangered (HBO) premiered at the 2022 Tribeca Festival. She is the co-owner of Loki Films, based in Brooklyn.
