Biography
Born in Newport, Wales, he debuted in 1996 with Darklands, winner of the Golden Méliès Award for best European fantastic motion picture. Other movies he's directed are Silent Cry (2002), The Last Horror Movie (2003), Summer Scars (2007) and the documentary Charles Dickens's England (2009).
