Biography
Filmmaker and scholar born in Oaxaca. She studied at the Netherlands Film Academy in Amsterdam and at the Academy of Creative and Performing Arts at Leiden University. She participated in the Berlinale Talent Campus and the Binger Film Lab Director's Program. Her short film The Last Council received several international prizes and was nominated for the Mexican Film Critics Award “Diosa de Plata”.
