Biography
Hakeemshady Mohamed is a Somali-American film director who left war in Somalia only to live in refugee camps in Kenya. In 1999, he was granted refugee status to live in the United States. After learning the English language, he fell in love with American cinema. He currently lives in Los Angeles.
