Biography
César has directed the fiction feature films Manos de seda, Everything in Place and Arena en los Bolsillos, as well as the TV movies Otra Ciudad (TV Academy Award for best TV film) and Para Que Nadie Olvide Tu Nombre. He has also made the documentaries Objeto Encontrado and Ruibal por Libre. As a producer, with his production company Dexiderius he has produced works such as Cuadernos de Contabilidad (SEMINCI History Time award), Oh Mammy blue, Quinqui Stars, the Ibero-American co-production Humanpersons and the Goya award-winning short films Sueños, El Hombre Feliz and El Nadador. He has directed the MIM series festival since 2013.
