Pete Riski

A quiet guy who was born and raised in the northern part of Finland. In the cold winters there was nothing else to do but watch telly and see every movie that played in the local theater. As a teenager he made lots of short VHS horror movies and music videos for local bands. A couple of years at art school led to directing commercials and music videos in Helsinki. He had his first retrospective in a music video festival at the age of 25. His music videos are something different from what you have been used to seeing. Commercials are combined with different visual looks and interesting stories. Music is always one of the key things in his work. A decade in the business and lots of different kinds of awards later he's the same quiet northern guy as in the beginning.
