Biography (1)
Born in 1969, he has been assistant director for Edward Yang and Chen Jou-Fu. He made his first movie, About July, in 1999. His second feature length film, Cape NO.7 (2008) was a big hit, allowing him to make Saideke Balai, a project he'd yearned to do for over ten years.
