In 2005 he began working in advertising as a microphone operator, and in 2006 he participated in his first film as a sound assistant: Café solo o con ellas by Álvaro Díaz Lorenzo. In the same year, he enrolled at RESAD to study playwright. Furthermore, the text presented in the entrance test became the script of his first short film, Final, winner of the Audience Award at SEMINCI and nominated for the Goya in 2008. He also started in the world of music videos, working for record companies such as EMI, Sony or Mushroom Pillow. All this kept him away from fiction for a while, until 2019, when he finally embarked on his first feature film: Con quién viajas, and in 2022 he directed Todos lo hacen.
