Biography
Born in 1974 and a South Korean national, he has worked as assistant director for Kim Ki-duk and Huh In-moo. His first short film, Escalator to Heaven (2006), travelled the festival circuit and Bedevilled, his first feature, was presented at the 2010 Cannes Critics’ Week.
